Daprela next to complete Brescia switch

Fabio Daprela becomes the second player inside a week to make the switch from West Ham United to Italian Serie A side Brescia.

The 19 year-old has signed a five year deal and joins ex-tammate Alessandro Diamanti as well as former Hammers' technical director Gianluca Nani at the club, who signed them both while he was at Upton Park. It has been reported that Daprela has joined Brescia on a free transfer after signing for the Hammers for a reported fee of £1m in July 2009.

The Swiss International made eight first team appearances while in East London, making his debut in the 1-2 FA Cup third round home defeat to Arsenal. He then went on to make a further seven appearances in the Premier League.
