Reports in the Daily Mail suggest that Scott Parker could finally be on his way to Spurs, before the transfer window closes on Tuesday evening.

However, this latest report suggests that he has failed to sign the extension, paving the way for Tottenham to renew their interest and Parker finally ending his three years with the Hammers.
