West Ham United first-team coach, Kevin Keen,  captained the West Ham Masters team at the annual  London Masters event held at Wembley Arena on Saturday evening.

Keen's Hammers had an unfortunate draw which meant they weren't in action until the fourth game of the  evening when they shared six goals with Chelsea.  Another draw against Fulham saw them take on Chelsea in a penalty shoot-out which they won.

In the final they met unbeaten QPR, who had earlier  disposed of Tottenham and Arsenal in their group.

Keen's side included former Hammers' favourites:  Kenny Brown, Sasa Ilic, Keith Rowland, Kevin  Horlock, Don Hutchinson and Rufus Brevett.

The Hammers raced into a three goal lead with  spectacular goals from Brown, Hutchinson and Keen.  They looked certain winners as they led 3-1 with  less than a minute to go, but their tough schedule and an injury to Brevett caught up with them and Rangers grabbed two late goals to level.

In the resulting shoot-out, Hutchinson and Rowland  missed their attempts to see QPR retain their trophy in a repeat of last year's final.

All of which means Rangers progress to the Grand  Final to be held at the LG Arena Birmingham on Sunday 5th September.
