Parker has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs already this summer, most notably Aston Villa but a decision on any move will now depend on the plans of new Manager Avram Grant.

Spurs' boss Harry RedKnapp is also reported to have transfer-listed Jamie O'Hara. Any deal for Parker could see O'Hara heading in the other direction.
