Despite their lack of a manager, Today's Daily Star reports that West Ham United defender Matthew Upson is a target for Liverpool.

Grant has apparently made two new centre-backs and a right-back his priority targets as he looks to rebuild the team at Upton Park.

However, it's not the first time Upson has been linked with the Anfield outfit as he was lined up for a switch in January. A move this time could even be in doubt due to the departure of Reds' Manager Rafael Benitez yesterday.
