Villa complete deal for Collins

West Ham United have today sold the Welsh international defender James Collins to Aston Villa for a fee believed to be £5 million.

The player moves from East London to the Midlands signing a four year contract, after rejecting a move to Stoke City earlier this summer.

However West Ham are reported to have said that the sale of Collins will be their last piece of business before the transfer window shuts, according to BBC Sport.
