It took West Ham United until after the Premier League's restart to win their first away game of the year. Now, in this new season, the team will be hoping to claim three points on the road at the first time of asking, as they head to The Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal in today's late kick-off.

The Hammers are currently in the relegation zone after suffering a 2-0 home defeat to Newcastle United in their opening game, whereas Mikel Arteta's Gunners are momentarily top of the table and will want to build on their excellent win at newly-promoted Fulham in their first fixture of the season.

Moyes suffered defeat here last campaign when his side fell to a 1-0 defeat in the last game before March's enforced break.

The home side could have a slight advantage going into this game, given that they have had a full week to prepare unlike the Irons, who were involved in Carabao Cup action in midweek and have a third round tie against Sky Bet League One outfit Hull City to think about once this game is over.

The Hammers' boss may decide to include Sébastien Haller upfront to partner Michail Antonio after the Frenchman scored twice against Charlton Athletic. Felipe Anderson was also on target in the 3-0 victory and is hoping to start, along with Andriy Yarmolenko.

Mark Noble might have been selected against the Addicks but missed the game because of a toe injury. There remain doubts as to whether the Captain will be back involved here.

For the second consecutive week, the match will kick-off at 8pm with live coverage again being screened by Sky Sports from 7:45pm. The referee is Michael Oliver.
