West Ham United striker Antonio Martinez becomes the second player today to have exited East London as he has joined Spanish second division side Rayo Majadahonda on a season-long loan.

The player heads back to his homeland after spending the last campaign with Real Valladolid where he was part of the squad that won promotion to La Liga.

Martinez was signed in the summer of 2016 under Slaven Bilic but he made his first-team debut when David Moyes selected him for the FA Cup third-round tie against Shrewsbury Town in January.
