Muhammed Demir – Bursaspor

West Ham United are being linked with a £1m move for the Turkish teenager. The 17-year-old Demir is a promising youngster looking to break into the English game, though rumours persist Barcelona and Sevilla are also interested.

However, the fish-and-chip wrappers are all proclaiming he has moved to West Ham, and would be proof the Hammers are once again investing in the future with young talent rather than paying stars on the way down too much money.

Bruno Fornaroli – Nacional

This one stinks of agent, as it is he who is quoted as ‘talking to teams’.

L’Agent, to give him his French title, has been in contact with Nani at West Ham apparently, who asked for information on the Uruguayan front man.

Granted, he’s a decent forward, and is only 20 years old, but scoring in South America is almost the polar opposite of doing it over here (actually, the Polar opposite would be not scoring in North America…like I did last year despite many, many drunken girls…but I digress.)

Don’t hold your breath on this one.

 Anton Ferdinand – Tottenham

The papers have been full of this one, mostly because Spurs have actually offered £6 million for him.

After a great first season in the Premier League, the brother of the Rio has had lacklustre campaigns since, falling off the England radar in the process.

It could be time to cash in, but if we do that watch as he goes stellar. Though next to Woodgate, he’ll probably just get injured all the time.

Carlton Cole – Sunderland

With opportunities limited this season despite being the only fit striker on occasion, the former Chelsea man might welcome the chance to rejuvenate his career at the Black Cats, who are assured of Premier League football next year.

£2million is being mooted as the figure to prise his away, and with the amount of forward men being linked with West Ham, there might be some legs in this rumour too.
