After the draw at Southampton on Wednesday night, attention turns to the FA Cup fifth-round and the Hammers face a trip to The Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon.

The Irons needed a replay which went to extra time and penalties to knock out Everton in the third-round and they will be in for another tough test, especially now that Tony Pulis is fully in charge.

West Ham can look back to the previous meeting here at the start of December for inspiration, as they had to come from behind to take all three points courtesy of a 2-1 victory. For that fixture the Baggies were under the stewardship of Alan Irvine.

Although he received a straight red card in the draw at St Mary's, Adrian is free to continue in goal after the club successfully appealed against his suspension. Kevin Nolan and Mark Noble are available again after a bruised instep and a virus kept them out of the trip to the South Coast.

Guy Demel, Joey O'Brien, Matt Jarvis, Diego Poyet, Carlton Cole and Doneil Henry are all in contention for starts.

After being named as a substitute in midweek, Andy Carroll came off the bench but later suffered a knee injury. It was confirmed today that he will now need surgery, meaning he will be out for the rest of the season.

Saturday's match is a 12:45pm kick off, with live coverage being screened by BT Sport from midday. The referee is Martin Atkinson.
