After beating Queens Park Rangers at home last time out, West Ham United face another newly promoted side this weekend, as they make the trip to Turf Moor to face Burnley on Saturday afternoon.

In their last two home games, the Hammers have recorded back-to-back wins and they will be looking to chalk up their first away win since the 3-1 victory at Crystal Palace; the Clarets are in the bottom three and without a win so far this campaign.

Both teams go into the game having picked up positive results before the international break. Sean  Dyche's side came away with a point after a 2-2 draw at Leicester City, whereas the Hammers will be full of confidence after the win against the Rs.

When the two teams met last season in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup, Sam Allardyce's side inflicted a first home defeat on Burnley thanks to goals from current Clarets' midfielder Matthew Taylor and Jack Collison. Taylor will miss a reunion with his old club however, as he is currently out with an Achilles injury.

If the visitors pick up another win, they could climb up as high as fourth in the Premier League table.

Guy Demel, James Collins, Joey O'Brien, Ricardo Vaz Te and Cheikou Kouyate could all in contention for places, while Kevin Nolan and Matt Jarvis also being considered for starts after both recovered from injury and featured as substitutes against Rangers.

Enner Valencia faces a late fitness test after he was involved with Ecuador during the break. If he is not included, then either Mauro Zarate or Carlton Cole will partner Diafra Sakho upfront.

If selected, Mark Noble will make his 200th Premier League appearance after recovering from a calf strain.

Saturday's match is a 3pm kick-off and the referee is Kevin Friend.
