Steve Clarke has moved from Stamford Bridge to Upton Park according to The Times.

The Pensioners had been holding out for a fee of around £5 million, but have been forced to settle for less after the assistant manager clearly wanted to go to join the Zola revolution.

50% pay cut

His current salary of £800,000 with bonuses per year is set to be halved in order to join the Hammers, thus clearly showing his intent to take on a new challenge.

He is unlikely to be in place for the games against Newcastle, but may be ready to travel to Watford with the team for the Carling Cup game.
