Kenny Miller is set to reject the chance to return to the English Premiership and see out the remainder of his contract at Ibrox.

Gers accepted a bid, thought to be around £700,00, from the Midlands club however the player looks set to knock back former Ibrox gaffer Alex McLeish and spearhead the challenge for three in a row.

The striker has been in scintillating form so far this season, netting 22 times including a double at Celtic Park in October and a superlative strike in the Champions League against Bursaspor.

It's likely the 31 year old Scotland striker will now let his contract expire and make a decision over his future towards the end of the season.
