You gave up on that numbering system pretty quickly lol [:D]

Agree that Rotherham & Donny look the best 2 sides this year.

We couldn't play Sunderland in a playoff final at Wembley.

Neither of us would win!

Muschi, some would say that they watch their team hoping to see them play good attractive football. Personally speaking,I like to see teams being able to string together more than a couple of passes no matter what the competition,no matter what the opposition.

My crystal balls are palying up and giving me an extremely unlikely prediction of:

1.Wembley -play off final v Sunderland -Penalties
2.Wembley -Leasing/EFL Trophy Final -v Salford -pompey with the support of everyone who are against manufactured clubs
3.Wembley -FA Cup Semi Final -against scummers -Jack with 94th minute winner
3.Wembley -FA Cup Final (You can but dream [:D])

4. Pompey fans skint until xmas paying for all those trips [smi]

Alternative nightmare vision: 10th with 2 cup semi final defeats and Jackett given 10 year contract; Cowes as a housemate on a long term tennancy

Db

Can I point out if it a last day finish between Sunderland and us it would have to be a very strange set of circumstances for either of us to completely drop out of the top 6

DB was correct. Us and Sunderland have the biggest amount of bedwetters so whichever one of us lost, the stadium, fans, players etc would all be drowned in a swamp of gammon smelling p1ss.

Rotherham top. Winner of Pompey-Sunderland next month 2nd. Oxford, Ipswich, loser of Pompey-Sunderland (or us if it's a draw) plus Coventry in play-offs.

Doncaster slipping out of the race.
Oxford struggling to get it together.
We don’t seem to be able to quite sneak into the playoffs.
Rotherham looked like the Luton of last season.
It will be interesting to see how Sunderland fare against both Donny and us.
Coventry are looking strong too.
If we can’t maintain our form, I fancy Rotherham top, Coventry second.

It’s ‘largest number’, not ‘biggest amount’ Same_old, just saying 😁.

My prediction is that we will get to Wembley again in the XXXXXX pot and we will scrape into the last play off spot.

I expect us to still be in League 1 next season based on our play off record over the years.

agree gaffer but hopefully not with KJ, I can't see him staying ( or the Eisners perceivering with him) if we don't go up, it'll be hard to hold onto our better players.

We finish 7th and miss out on the playoffs by GD.

The Eisners see this as a vindication of their (non)strategy and extend KJ's contract.

[:P]

We also have the most homes wins (in 19/20) across all 4 leagues.
Not top of the league, but 6 points off it with a game in hand and still people are moaning!
Be careful what you wish for people.

We don’t play ‘across all 4 leagues’ do we Same_old? Also, I note that you don’t mention our away record.

Pointing out the bleeding obvious is not moaning, it’s pointing out the bleeding obvious.

I hope you perennial optimists are proved right. I will be more than happy if we gain promotion. 😁

The reality of the situation is that we are in a bit of a flux at the moment. Performances are still pretty grim but results are (much) better.

For example, we have accrued 1 more point over the last 15 games than we did last year, when we were flying. The awful awful start is still an anchor around our league position.

Having Jack back and a little more beef in midfield should mean we concede fewer in the latter stages of games. It does play into the ‘go 1 up and sit back’ tactics that we all hate, though.

Who's moaning? I was just saying we have the best manager in L1. I'm with you King Kenny lovers that feel only positive things like our most home wins, King Kenny's win % etc should be mentioned and sweep things like the god awful tactics, away form etc under the carpet. All hail King Kenny!
