Thought he came across a bit arrogant on occasions.

1. Ref the the refund of the Bury game, he reckons their mightn't be one as the cost of putting on the match etc has already been accounted for. Well MrC I paid money upfront for 23 matches not 22, if I don't get a refund or a slight reduction for next season then PFC have failed to deliver what us STH paid for.We could at least be offered a couple of minor cup games free (ie the Norwich U21 game as it's only a £10 and will hardly require policing).

2. Selling restricted view tickets for the same price as normal views. He reckons if we reduced the price for these PFC would have to raise the prices for the remaining seats. Bollix!!! just sell them 20% cheaper. He also stated that because we have 14000+ STH that the demand is there so we'll sell them whatever, just suck it up because if you don't want a seat some other mug will buy it.

3.Regarding Jackett, he reckons that the only negativity is a few people on social media/websites and that that those mediums are a minority so not representative of the fan base. Social media a minority mouth piece!!!!! really.

4. No mention of the Pitman/Evans debacle and the affect on moral.

5. MC is now basically a mouth piece for Torante/Eisners ( who i have no axe to grind with ...yet)

All in all negative and disappointing and a shot in the foot for PR IMO

He has got to back Kenny Jacket and I think the fans should until the end of the season.
He has a full remit to make money and give a good match day experience and it would be if the quality of the football was better which he canít control.
The Bury game ticket money should go towards maybe another game where kids get in for a quid.
I find the quality of the football at the moment very poor down to negative tactics but as I say, give Jacket the rest of the season and know one can say he never had time.

Itís a load of old pre arranged questions and the man asking the questions agreeing with all the answers nonsense. Itís not like Johnny Moore ever gives him a hard time with the questions is it? They are being open and transparent with the running of the club apart from the things they donít want you to see.

They just want to make money no matter what. The owners dont give two hoots about matchday experiences as long as we pack the park. My 7yr old son bought a burger (bit of meat chucked between to buns) & a packet of fruit pastels at FP the other day, £8.50, daylight robbery👎.

Let's be honest, none of us are really surprised that we're nothing more than a money making exercise for our owners. The price of food and drink is ridiculous, I could understand if the food was good quality.
Catlin is just a yes man that says what Tornante wants to hear.

Catlin appointed Jackett. So his view is irrelevant as it cannot be objective. So far the Jackett appointment has been a failure, but we will see how it pans out. But the style of football alone doesn't warm fans to KJ.

Does anyone know what other any clubs are doing regarding their season ticket holders and the Bury games?

And I utterly agree that the food at Fratton Park is XXXXXX terrible. I canít take a newspaper inside in case I turn it into a weapon but I can buy something as hard as a brick inside anyway. They call them sausage rolls at the counter.

Why don't they give fans a free League cup game or an FA cup game. It aint difficult is it?

I thought him using the 1904 stat rather funny. First he said there is loads of carp on social media, then he quoted my stats on Jackett. Hilarious.

The Bury match money has "already been accounted for"? What's that supposed to mean? It's not the same as saying it's been spent. Already been earmarked for extra quality vol-au-vents the players' Christmas party, probably. We're talking over £300,000! If he were to say it's going to be put towards ground repairs or youth training or even a local charity, most people wouldn't mind.

I thought Catlin was spot on.

1. if anyone is seriously looking for money back in regards to the Bury game, they need to take a look at themselves

2. people buy restricted view knowing they are restricted view.

3. Thought he was spot on about Jackett, who in there right mind sacks a manager 5 games in after the season of 88 pts.

4. not his job to comment on pitman and evans

5. MC works for Tornante.

All in all fantastic interview.

Not really a surprise to see you agreeing with with Catlin bpay. Yes, we got 88 points last season but threw away a convincing lead at the top, as for King Kenny being 5 league games into this season, how have we done in those 5 games? Pretty poorly is the answer, we've done well playing reserve teams in the cup though.
Catlin works for Tornante, so you're happy with a yes man that says whatever he's told?

The only possible reason for wanting some money back would be to donate it to the Bury fans.

I cannot believe people being so selfish. You paid your money to watch every league game at FP. That is still what you are getting.

No I paid money to watch 23 league games. I'm only being allowed to watch 22. Therefore i should be reimbursed for the game I legally cannot watch. What's the argument. If i paid for a train journey to Edinburgh but the train stopped at Newcastle and all trains onwards were cancelled I'd feckin sure want money back.
We're not fan owned any more we're owned by billionaires so it's hardly going to bankrupt them. It would also be my decision NOT PFC's if i wished to donate my money to Bury etc.

Deeply_Bluetinted, we paid to watch 23 league games at FP, now we're getting 22 so why shouldn't fans want some money back or a free cup game? Not a surprise to see you defending the club though, like bpay your blue tints cloud your opinion.

It's not the club's fault that there is a game missing so why should they suffer a financial penalty ? And more to the point why should fans of a club they claim to support want that club to suffer a financial penalty ?

No other clubs have given discounts and of all the fans in the country after what we went through surely Pompey fans should have more sympathy than most with the circumstances.

IMO expecting a refund is just petty and selfish and unnecessary. Argue with that opinion if you want, but spare me the personal abuse, it's just an opinion ...argue with that not the person giving it.

But I'd bet that if you had a vote amongst all season tickets holders the majority would tell the club not to bother with a refund, at least I sincerely hope they would.

It's also not the fault of us fans that there's now 1 less game this season so why should we suffer a financial penalty? Of course your opinion is expecting a refund is petty and selfish, your blue tints mean you have to defend the club no matter what cos you believe you can't be a true supporter if you dare say anything that can be deemed negative, that's not abuse, just being honest about your personality. I really don't care what other clubs or their fans do, my only concern is what the club I support do.
You may be right about the outcome of a vote of season ticket holders but we'll never know.

But you're not suffering any financial penalty ... you haven't had to find a penny more than what you agreed to pay when entering into a contract for a ticket to see all our games. You're still getting a sizable discount on the matchday price, so stop being greedy at the club's expense.

Would you have been happy if the club tried to charge you more if some late league reshuffle had resulted in an extra team being added to the league ? Of course not, but by your argument they would be entitled to do so. ST prices are based on the income required to pay the wages etc., not a precise no. of games times an amount. The wages still need paying even if we are missing two games, although you probably think the players should get paid less because they are playing fewer games. You'll probably say that's silly but IMO it's exactly the same argument as your bid for a refund.

But it is costing me money, Iím getting 22 games for my money not 23 that was legally agreed at the start. Itís not PFCís fault but it sure as hell isnt mine. Like I said if you bought a train ticket to Edinburgh but they dropped you off at Newcastle telling you itís not their fault but the tracks gone missing, would you want some sort of reimbursement? Also if you didnít come across as such an arrogant pr!ck then just maybe you wouldnít get abuse.
BTW when do think PFC will carry out their poll to see if we get compensated?
Itís not petty , I just want what I paid for.,if you donít want a refund then fine but donít assume what everyone else wants.

But we would be losing money as we'd be watching 1 less game than the contract we entered into said we would. Let's face facts, we won't reach an agreement on this cos I believe the club should do something and your blue specs won't let you say anything that can be deemed negative cos you think you can only be a true supporter if you blindly back the club.
