So he's gone and we should wish him well. Surely he could have got a better move than Wigan, but that's his call. Struck by his comment '..a lot of things happened behind closed doors which left me questioning the integrity of some of the decision makers at the club...'

The directors and their team at PFC seem to me to be considerably more professional and possessed of more integrity than you'd find at most football clubs. Wonder what his issue was? Or whether his agent got him worked up into a lather? Shame he felt the need to make a comment like that on his way out...

Totally agree.
He happily signed a contract extension.
The one lacking integrity is him.
Me me me
no interest in us or our club as soon as he saw a big pay rise.
I've now lost interest in him.
Clarke showed the way. Make the move, professional, quiet, get on with the new job.

Actually, I think he was having a pop at people who are involved in everything we hate about the modern setup.

All about money.......

For somebody who uses 'for fill' instead of fulfil I'd guess the integrity sentence was slipped in by his agent

Relief all round I think. Looks like we blinked first but what the heck at least we've got players who want to be at the club and have got a decent pre-season in them. Bring on Saturday.

Catlins comeback is good to Lowes comments
Love the 'lack the integrity' bit -good dig [:D]

"'I'm not digging Jamal out here, but I think generally when players sign contracts, as a club we expect them to honour those contracts.
'The fans deserves that, as a club we deserve that.
'When we enter into contracts and a player gets injured a few weeks later they still expect us to pay their wages in full - they don't expect us to start renegotiating it.
ĎSo, likewise, we have that responsibility I feel to the fans and, you know, on behalf of the club, we expect players to honour those contracts and those who don't, to me, lack that integrity.í"

TBF, Catlin should know better than to expect a player to honour their contract. Itís because of that the club has been rewarded with spondoolies in exchange. However, Lowe should remember where he came from and that the club gave him a chance and ultimately put him in the shop window for a higher league. Such an opportunity may have never come around for him. Gratitude should not be hard to show in such circumstances. I truly hope he enjoys life in beautiful Wigan. He wonít regret a thing.

Cunning, it would be a bit rich someone having a pop about it being Ďall about the moneyí, when they left for the money.

Lowe expected to be able to walk away from a contract on a whim. Iím glad we at least made him realise thaiís not that simple.

He's gone!
We have a better footballing winger in Harness to replace him and a centre forward who has a real shout at 30+ goals with us.
I'm happy with that as I know most of you are too.
Let the rest of the league think we are weaker.
It seems D3d4 have realised what's going on and the potential for us to wreak havoc on this league now.
Other teams like Blunderland will now take solace in our weakness!
Good, it'll be a XXXXXX rude awakening for them shortly!

Cooke making out that Lowe's transfer was held up by his past relationship with the club, reading between the lines get the drift there is no love lost between him and Catlin! Any way we need to put this whole scenario to bed we move onwards and upwards.
