For a top of the table team to be booed of at half time is shocking.

The time when the team needed the support the most and a large section let them down.

People can do what they like, particularly after that first half performance, it was dreadful.

Funny how the 2nd half we upped our game and performance level considerably, might have helped if we'd started like that.

The concern would be that the last 3 home games have been identical. Hopeless first half and improved 2nd. Against 3 relegation candidates we've picked up 2 points out of 9. Add to that being outplayed by Luton on opening day and we certainly need to find a better formula for Fratton. I'm hoping we might find it easier to play against better teams here later in the season. However, Gills played solidly and defended well. It must be time for Ben Thompson to start games surely? Anyway, top of the league!!!

Id of started Thompson Saturday, cant disagree with anything you say... However...
All of that is no need to boo the team off?

Cliffdale bpay.

There was a few boo's, big deal. I'm sure they can handle it. If booing so offends people then in all honesty they maybe shouldn't follow a football team.
And it wasn't that bad @ all tbh, heard far far worse over time.

There was no booing of any significance and, in any case, paying customers can do what they like.

Stop being so wet ffs.

We should employ the Taliban for all stewarding duties, anybody mongish enough to consider booing an under par performance should be dragged out on to the pitch and stoned to death at half time, that would put a stop to it sharpish

I have booed a team off before to be fair, but no, I don't think Saturday warranted it. It just was a bad day at the office.

Its embarrassing that people think just because the first half was under par and they paid for there ticket its acceptable to boo the team off.

Yes customers ffs, we pay money, that makes us customers. It is entirely possible to be a supporter AND a customer.

They were not booed off at half time, end of story.

If you can get worked up about a couple of boos you need to get out more [:D].

Nope. Customers consume products and, unless they are demented, they aren't emotionally involved like a supporter.

If you pay for your ticket you are a customer by definition and it is perfectly possible to have an emotional attachment as well as pay, obviously. Itís the emotional attachment that makes you pay when sometimes, if it were any other product, you would avoid it like the plague [:D].

The vast majority of the crowd did not squinny on Saturday, that is a fact.

If we're taking the argument of pay your money do or say what you want then we can't take the piiss out of the scummers for any booing, blubbing or squinnying at St fairies
