Was it so great? He managed to keep a straight face when twice mentioning "the 50 year project"!

I had to rewind it again to check if he said 15 or 50 year project. [:O]

The Eisners are taking the royal perverbial if they think itís going to take 50 years to get a new stadium, development squad etc. I would expect 5-7years absolute max. Or am I demanding too much? [|)]

A very disappointing interview. Johhny Moore sounded a bag of nerves. 50 year plan wtf. Very disappointing is all I can say

Johnny Moore is not paid by the club to be Jeremy Paxman, but it's certainly one of the softest interviews I've ever seen. Insulting to it's target audience intelligence.

They'll be dead in 50 years but their kids won't be. It's just their way of saying the family are in it for the long term. Anyone who seriously thinks that they are planning on drawing up a 50 year timeframe to build a stadium and academy needs to take their head for a shÔt.

Weíve been getting a new stadium since I can remember thatís about forty years, whatís another 50. I hope itís got rimmer frame access. Or room for one of those mobility scooter things.

You need a "rimmer frame"? Is that so you can save your knees whilst your tongue is up the arris of your missus?

It's so clear that we're staying at Fratton. The subtext of this interview and what Catlin said at Solent Forum very much gives that impression. I'm happy with that.

it's clear that the 50 year plan isn't for a new stadium, it's for the club in general. [rle]

The even talked about the next priorities in the 50 year plan after the stadium is finished, ffs.

Moore is employed by the club, so it's bound to be a fluff piece, what did you expect?

Well Iíve been going to FP for 56 years and itís flown by [:D].

I hope they do stay at Fratton, and I hope todayís Ďmust have it all nowí youth have as much of a fun roller coaster ride as Iíve had. Hopefully The next 50 years holds a lot of success and no financial woes.

Not sure why 50 years was ever mentioned. No-one connected with the Eisners will be involved with the club remotely near 50 years time.

50 years is just another way of saying itís not 50 weeks. Watch the end of the interview when he says ď or however long it isĒ.

Iím happy with the Eisners they have a record of being responsible owners and they have a track record in successful business management. You donít get to run Disney for any length of time if youíre a bullXXXXXXter.
