Matt Clarke to Bristol City for 2.5 million (a decent sell on clause) plus Zak Vyner.

I'd settle for a deal along those lines if he's going to go. Get in a young player who could go the same way as Clarke and prove another asset as well as any future sell on clauses. Would be a deal similar to the Webster one that gave us Clarke in the first place.

Pompey to reach at least the play-offs next season - and maybe the 3rd slot.

Lowe, Close and maybe Whatmough to have big seasons.

The team to score 70+ goals.

Some kind of cheap corporate boxes to be squeezed in at FP - probably the corners

A scummer to finally win an argument on here (well maybe not!)

Brexit to happen whilst staying in the customs union.

can't say I disagree with any of the above. bring them in, develop them, sell them on for a profit. Exactly what we were promised. Although I still don't understand the delay in setting up a reserve (development) team.

You donít get promoted by selling your best players. Iíd be a bit miffed if we sold Clarke, even for £3M

The delay with the development squad is probably because it would come out of the playing budget. If thatís the case, itís not in the managers interest to have a development squad when there is immediate pressure to get promoted.
