Jackett out

After today's 2nd half, he has to go. There can be no excuses anymore, that was a f*cking abomination. How can he justify that?

he hasn't impressed me, however stupid to sack him. he is experienced and I'd give him to Christmas to turn it all round. We're currently building although I feel he got rid of too much experience in one go and didn't replace it.

Agreed Ped.
He gets a close season, he gets the time to sign the men he wants within a budget which has to be competitive to start with.
He also gets next season and depending how we go, to start really moulding the identity of our game. For the life of me, I can't presently see what type of game we are playing?
It's nothing football and one thing we have, as fans, never tolerated is hit long.
We saw Tony Pulis and I'm sure he would've done well for us eventually but it's football we don't want as fans.
That could be KJs Achilles heel because so far he hasn't exactly lit the heavens up with a dazzling style. More like no style.

Agree KJ needs to have a style of play and get players at least trying to conform to it.How come managers can take over a team mid sea and introduce their style on the players.Others seem to manage it.I know we have had injuries and youngsters but I dont see is any method in what the team is trying to achieve

Great post Prozac [^] we're all p;ssed off with recent performances but there needs to be some logic and perspective to what we're trying to achieve with Jackett.

Plenty of work to do for next season.

He doesn't seem inspirational to me. The team is not cohesive at all. We don't dominate and we don't take most of our chances. If our form continues this way then Eisner has a decision to make at the end of the season.

The boring, uninterested individual needs to go now. Trust him with transfer money?
You're having a giraffe.

To get rid of him would be ridiculous. Mid table bringing through youth, and not to mention his previous experience getting out of the division.

In saying that though. I find him painfully dull and devoid of passion. The football we play under him bores me to death, and for the first time since awford i think id prefer spending a saturday following the missus round commercial road than watching that shěte. Roll on summer so we can forget this season, let Jackett bring in his own men and hopefully get some decent news about badge/ground/kit manufacturer.

Aslong as the Eisners are in charge Kenny Jackett will not be sacked. (Unless relegated)

Didn't he have last summer to bring in his own players? In fact the ones we kept from last season are our better players.

I was pleased when we appointed Jackett but he does suffer from an almost complete lack of passion.

If he portrays the same persona in the dressing room, he’s got all the motivational skills of a dead halibut.

It wouldn’t be quite so bad if the football was exciting and we were losing ‘going for it’ but at the moment it’s an ordeal going to the park. It’s just not enjoyable.

I appreciate that we have injuries, and I’m not calling for Jackett’s head, but things need to change soon. If not, the crowds, which are standing up well at the moment, will start to fall.

He's uninspiring. Good track record at this level... maybe next season..... Actually I'm betting he'll be gone at Christmas.
