Charlton in for Pitman

Apparently, according to Alan Nixon from The Sun. Honestly, if we got good money for him, I'd be okay with that...

Is that the same Alan Nixon who said we were going to sign Craig Davies last week?! Would take anything he says with a big pinch of salt.

As has been said why would Pitman want to go to Charlton? He only dropped down a league to be back on the south coast. Not going to happen

If losing 2 goals in 5 mins when he was off the pitch at Rovers is anything to go by, I suggest we don't want to let him go at all.

Maybe the article has been loosely written around the striker being very pi55ed off when being substituted.

Interestingly in The News KJ says Hawkins being developed as his No 9 and he needs someone quick along side him. 2 + 2= whatever

Cant see it happening. Charlton's owner has put a block on any transfers.

Add to that, that its not too clever to sell the leagues 2nd top striker to your promotion rivals if you dont have to.

Pitman has been poor for the last 6 weeks and has been berating the players around him.
We definitely need some pace up front to stop the oppositions back line from pushing too far up the pitch.
I think that Kenny is just ensuring we have a number of options to attack the opposition if Plan A or even B is not working
