It depends on his ambition, can't see him improving with a few minutes now and then as a sub. As when under cook he is a victim of the system. Not big enough to be the 1 and Pitman is first choice number 10. Played regularly with a big man as a pair I'm sure he would be outstanding but it isn't going to happen at Pompey. So happy to pick up his wages or genuinely ambitious? Next summer when he is out of contract will tell us the answer.

Impact sub. Can not produce enough at this level on his own imho. Tough for him, but Pitman and Naismith in the way at the moment.

No point loaning him out now. If he ain't going to play now for us he never will so may as well sell him. He had a good pre season and it appeared he would form a good partnership with pitman. But he's still not played. Is this the third manager now who could have played him regularly but hasn't, they can't all be wrong! Really not sure what sort of fee we could command. Yes he can score a goal, but teams won't pay over the top for a player we are choosing not to play!
