A £16m bid to buy Portsmouth FC has been launched by a 21-year-old entrepreneur according to The News. The front page of the newspaper, which has yet to hit the streets has a picture of Thomas Lever, who is a director at Belgravia Insurance. Cheshire-based Lever has been investigating the possibility of buying the club for several weeks.
