Sonny Bradley believes Pompey's past three results prove the team are moving in the right direction and getting to know each other by the game.

The woeful defeat at York has been put behind the team with a series of much better displays, resulting in league and cup wins over Rochdale and Norwich and, on Saturday, a 1-1 draw at Plymouth, where Pompey certainly deserved a point and might have nicked all three.

Bradley told 'We’ve come away with a point and I suppose it’s been a good week with two wins and a draw. I think that shows we’re growing as a team and all getting used to playing alongside each other.

'Plymouth played with three at the back and two up top – that’s something we hadn’t come up against this season. The first 20 minutes were just about getting used to that, but once we looked good once we sorted that out.

'There was a mistake from Yassin Moutaouakil which led to their goal, but it was good to get back on level terms by half-time. He has has held his hand up and said sorry for the error, so we accept that and have to move on.

'How Patrick Agyemang didn’t get man-of-the-match for his performance is beyond me. I thought he looked extremely good.'
