I saw one.
Howson off the line.

I guess the decent save their keeper made doesn't really count as it was off their defender.

Got to say I thought we did well. They are a good team, I think they’d have pasted our team from last season. I was waiting for Patrick Roberts coming on like everyone else but the midfield were all really contributing to keeping us in the game. I can see why Warnock kept it the same, if the ball dropped for us on a couple of occasions we might have nicked that game. Some good players in that Reading side and it looks like they have some strength in depth. Boro worked really really hard.

1 shot more than Woodgate's style of football. I don't see anyone ready to snap up the oh so good ex manager.

I thought we should have beat them we seemed to give them more respect from Reading deserve. Maybe because Reading have had a good start to the season or our own lack of self-belief.

If we went for it I think we would have beat them like we normal do.

The last time we lost to Reading in league was over 5 years ago under Karanka.

Last season we beat Reading in both games so I'm not sure why some stating we wouldn't have had a chance against them with last team.

TUE 14 JUL 2020

"Howsons disallowed goal was not offside !!"

Absolutely. Total joke of a decision.
