Anyone watch it tonight. Thought it was a bit of a waste of time as not enough time to answer questions before the presenter Katie Razall butted in with another. Couldn't call a winner but thought Nandy and Starmer did ok.

Nandy: we have to be ambitious but we haven't a clue about what we would do or how we would pay for it.

For the leadership: Rebecca Long-Bailey -33 votes, Keir Starmer 26 votes, Lisa Nandy 5 votes

For deputy leadership: Richard Bergon -33 votes, Ian Murray-20 votes

Cecile Wright -28 votes and Nadia Jamma -26 votes were nominated for the NEC

Lisa Nandy for me also. She just seems so honest, measured, level headed and truthful without spinning herself to attract celebrity attention. I listened more to her than the others because I wanted to hear what she has to say, the others have all said enough in the past. Also she doesn't carry any baggage from the previous disastrous administration like the others.

Jam69 is right though, she won't win because of the lack of momentum and trade union votes, but feel that the party is missing a trick not backing her. Thornberry is the worst of the bunch with her blustering "Look at me, I want to be famous" persona.
