Once the whole thing is completed (who knows how long it will take with due diligence etc), you will receive a message from your Broker as to the next step.

Theyíll be a lot of disappointed people in the area. Iíve seen a few customers who were counting on it and were dreaming big. Itíll feel like a loss for them!

Was always a high risk venture. Had shared myself once upon a time

You'll have to wait until the deal is formalised. It may be that AA will offer you AA shares (usually worth more than the value of your Sirius shares), rather than just cash. You can decide what you want to do - sell up when the deal is done, take AA shares or take your AA shares and sell them soon after, or just keep them.

If you decide to sell AA shares, I'd advise keeping them for a couple of months after the deal is completed. This deal will push the AA share price down, and it'll go down further when people start selling. Keep them for a while and you'll probably get a bit more.

They've stated it's a cash offer only, sadly.

Gutted 😕 just sold 15000 at 5.5p. Bought at 25p. Would advise anyone else who has them to sell ASAP. If shareholders reject the sale then Sirius will go bust and you'll get nothing

Still not sure what to do, current price is 5.53p which is more than the offer. I only lose about £200 at this price because I bought some at 3p to offset the 10p I paid.

Why would the shareholders reject the deal? There's no alternative. Accept the deal or the company is in administration.

The buyer could pull out at anytime until the deal is signed
