Fans Forum Agenda for next week

Any items for the agenda of the Forum meeting next week.

And have a think in these challenging times - are there any things you have seen at other clubs, other sporting clubs, other businesses, other community ventures that might be worth a try at the Riverside?

Every other ground I've been to the sound syncs with the pictures on the screen.

Repeating the question again, but never seems to get asked, can it be fixed?
Makes half time interviews a joke.

It is to do with where the pictures and sound get relayed to. It has been brought up before at a forum and so I will try and get you the answer on that.

Rob, such a simple thing that I know has been mentioned before.

But can we have the Premier League scores on the big screen at half time.

It's impossible to get any 4g on the phone to check, and I just like to keep up to date with my bets.

Surely it's not a big ask.

Did you get a response from the CEO on reciprocal pricing for away fans Rob?

To be honest we didnt PRT - i was concentrating on offers for this season and under 18s concessions etc.
I will try and meet again nearer the end of the season to try again with away pricing.

I think the half time interviews should be louder.
If you can blare out music at a deafening volume, you can interview somebody at a volume that's actually audible.

I can almost never hear what the interviewee says, and it's not like it's being drowned out by anything.

The PA was OK when bought but is poor now - in that it is too loud some parts of the ground and too quiet in others and more to the point there is little really you can do about it. I know a few years ago a PA expert friend of mine tried to do his best on the limited controls but there wasn't a lot he could do in truth.

"The PA was OK when bought"

It was old tech 25 years ago and is absolutely dreadful. Its almost impossible to actually make out what is being said and indeed hurts my ears.

I had a question about the PA as I know it comes up reguarly. Am I right in thinking that we have the same one in from 25 years ago?

Could you ask the club for a comment on retention of season tickets should relegation come to fruition please.

Ie will all areas of the ground be kept open and ST holders able to retain their existing seats or would they enforce closure of some sections.

Is there something in the Riverside Stadium covenant of sale that forbids us having any of our players near half way line when the away team get a corner.

Most away teams leave someone up, even Barnsley.

We used to do it at AP.

Probably not the right forum??

Hats off Rob that you keep plugging away, but given the state of affairs on the pitch and with the finances, then I'm not sure much else matters; Gibson et al have no intention of addressing the important stuff.

With the score announcements I never get why they announce Hartlepool and no-one else's? And also sound happy if they are winning?

I know they are up the road but why be happy for them and not Sunderland or Newcastle? And you certainly won't hear Pools fans cheering the Boro score. Very strange.

How about bringing up wifi access / improving the 3G / 4G or even a basic phone signal coverage in the area? Since they've put that red metal cladding at the back of the ground it's a complete deadzone.

Rob, Iíve given up on this, the club refuse to even discuss taxi access s nearer the ground for those unable to walk too far. Waste of time imho

Why have then again increased the price of cup match tickets?

17/18 - £10 for SC holders
18/19 - £12.50 for SC holders
19/20 - £15 for SC holders

Are they purely taking advantage of the fact that we are playing a Premiership team and forgetting that it is a 3rd round draw? or is this the sign of things to come?
I don't remember getting anything more this season than I got in 2017, in fact i think im getting less in terms of the quality of football.

Almost every away game i take my son to there is a reduced 18-21 year old price. The cup game over 18s pay adult price.
