I get that someone on another thread had heard that he left in frustration but thatís hearsay. By the way he may have been in his job as Head of Ticketing since April but he worked in the ticket office for at least 7 months before that.

Maybe "RN has spoken with Steve Gibson, Neil Bauser and Adrian Bevington and all were talking about some kind of dialogue with fans about this during pre-season time scale."

Why hang about if the Head of Recruitment is talking about ticket pricing. He'd be better off dealing with his own responsibilities and leaving ticketing alone.

O yes biggy spent many years working at sky on customer service, head of Hearts and Aberdeen ticketing then also working at ticketing companies such as ticket master he certainly knew how to transform our ticketing system but Gibson is so stubborn he won't allow the fundamental changes that are required to be done! So therefore yet again show's the club don't care about the fans as don't want too improve the lackluster customer service!

As if Bausor needs reminding of this to respond to the official fans forum, just shows the level of contempt those at the top of the club have for our fans.

Iíve heard is that he was very good but they werenít taking any of his suggestions on board. So itís not surprise heís left.

Looking at his LinkedIn, a comment heís made might give an insight to his struggles, he commented a few days ago on a post about Swindon making a young fan a mascot and declined her offer to pay. Comment is ďNice one, still canít believe some clubs are matchday mascot as a revenue generating optionĒ.

I can think of a certain club that charges £350.

This club is rotten from top to bottom.

Imran suggested bio mass to cover all heating and hot water. Does imran have any idea of the water and heating requirements ? And the initial cost ? We replaced the heating boilers about 6 years ago replacing the old low efficiency type to new high efficiency condensing boilers.
