He fitted in very well at the Brasserie at Rockliffe just now .....[^]

I donít see where he fits in with a group of new, young coaches. I have a feeling heís being brought back for his character more than his coaching ability. Iíd prefer to see someone like Shay Given come in instead.

Love Leo, but I donít know who heís going to be coaching. Randolph is on his way and Dimi is a bit past it. Maybe heís just their as a cheerleader. God knows we need one.

Shay givens Derby goalkeeping coach.

Leo is more than capable of re taking his previous role.

Never thought he would be back here to work but Iím actually glad he is.

Really like him and we got promoted with him here before so he could be a good omen in that sense.

I would have thought Dimi was the perfect fit for goalkeeping coach.

To question Leo's coaching ability is fine I suppose.

But I do wonder if anyone doing the questioning has any real idea of the level of his coaching skills.

Shows the club are not doing this 'new era' thing properly. One for the fans, not what is best for the football club. Halfway house as per. Amateurish from Gibson.

Until Guzan took over, I don't think you could really criticise the goalkeeping during his last spell here.

Look at his background. He clearly knows what he is doing. Been at some big clubs. Actually leaving a massive club Fluminense to join us.

Yep, all this has clearly been leaked before people have signed on the bottom line. Keane seems to be still thinking about it. Woodgate hasnít officially been announced and nobody has a clue about Rosenior. Who will Leo be coaching - Dimi FFS? Randolph is on his way.

I've noticed on several threads references to Dimi next season.

Very strange, almost as if fans haven't been informed.

When will Gibson make an announcement to avoid these misconceptions?

Up the Boro.

Fans not knowing is different to not being informed, it's their own ignorance.

The club publicly announced that Dimi, Downing, Mikel and Lonergan were all leaving weeks ago.

It's hard to tell how good coaches are, but given dimi was 108 years old and kept a record number of clean sheets behind a record breaking defence, we've got a few pointers.

Randolph is now the only first team keeper at the club. Dimi and Lonergan have left. Aynsley Pears might step up, but expect weíll sign at least one keeper. Donít think Randolph will leave unless we get offered silly money.

To be fair what is a goal keeping coach ffs.

Surely the 3 goal keepers and a decent coach manager can give them drills to do. Do we really need a coach of goalkeepers. Football has gone mad. Who coached Gordon Banks.?

Randolph is 32 and you could argue has previously struggled in the premier League for West Ham. He was fantastic last season albeit playing behind a very defensive set up. However, you'd think we had a 22 year old De Gea on our hands the way some seem so sure we've no chance of holding onto him.

He could very well end up moving, but it's far from a certainty. In fact unless we need him off the wage bill I'd say it's more likely he'll stay. Even more so if Keane comes.

Fluminese have no money. I'm sure he'd prefer joining a club that paid his wages on time

We have a vacancy as goalkeeper coach, and he's plenty experienced to do the job.

Mind you, the usual suspects will find a way to moan. How anyone could be bothered by Leo or Round, two vastly experienced coaches, is beyond me.

Moan about the manager if you like, but the coaching team is more than ok.
