Anyone used any of his stuff?

Just started cooking some of his meals this week, I haven't actually done any exercise yet, but started eating his lower carb recipes this week and planning to go for a run tomorrow morning before moving onto his HIIT stuff next week.

I had lamb kofta with greek salad for dinner tonight, felt like a good choice for a friday night as a substitute for Fish and Chips oor Chicken Kebab.

His HIIT and kettlebell videos on YouTube are very good. Mrs SYLT and I do 4/5 of these at hone each week. Lost plenty of timber now too just through this and healthy eating. Each video 15-20 mins so great and easily fit in after work on an evening. Just gotta be dedicated.

His food I'm sure is delicious but far too fancy and fiddly to be preparing each work night imo. Just do your own with plenty of veg, lean protein and limited carbs.

If you can fast each day between 6pm and q2 noon you won't even have to be too careful with your food either. Your resulting insulin and human growth hormone levels will just burn the fat off you in no time.
