Going like a train. 8 straight wins with QPR on Tuesday. Good chance they'll be above us by the time we play Sheffield Utd.

The next month will see how good they really are.

They will hit a dip, hopefully sooner rather than later...

We could do with putting a run of wins together. We

The same dip Leicester City was due to have had.

Itís some time since Leicester were in the championship, surely you could have come up with a better example to prove Bristol City will run away with the league like Leeds, Norwich, Sheff U, Derby, West Brom, etc were going to at some point??

League wins against Rotherham, Stoke, Bolton, Forest, Swansea, Blackburn. Average sides.

But 1 win, 1 draw and 3 defeats against the top 5. 4 points in 5 games, flat track bullies.

They play Norwich, Brum, Leeds, Sheff Utd and Boro in the next 10, they'll drop off during that run

Those listed 'average' sides we struggled or didn't beat[;)]

You have to say fair play after selling 3 players in the summer. That said how things change as city fans wanted Johnson sacked pre Xmas.

Might yet be a blessing our game was postponed given their run

Plus the rearranged game will be at a time when itís becoming do or die and Pulis will have to go for the win rather than settle for a point.

We may struggle against average sides, but we do well against the good ones. By and large. We'll put them in their place. [^]

You mean youíve beat a few average sides in a row ?

Absolutely no doubt in my mind we will beat you but please come back on here and gloat if youís win.

No I mean we are a far far better team than back in August. Webster has bedded in superbly, Kalas provides solidity, Diedhiou was suspended for the first 6 matches, O'Dowda had a long term injury, DaSilva and Palmer are great loan signings from Chelsea.

Confidence is currently very high obviously but there is plenty of time for that to change before our match.

Bristol City tend to do this.

They'll go ona crazy winning run/unbeaten run.....then they'll go on a long losing run.

They don't worry me one bit.

Give me Bristol City in the play offs over any of Derby, Norwich, Leeds, West Brom, Sheff Utd

"Give me Bristol City in the play offs"

With current trajectories, it's more likely neither will be in the play-offs.

It's an amazing run, but, as said above, they could have a poor streak. They don't seem to have the 'names' that other teams around us have, but that might be why they are a good team.

QPR were flying December and now they have gone off the boil.

Championship is so close anyone can go on a run.

Wouldnít mind their manager if/when pulis leaves, it is a bit weird like the streaks they seem to go on.

"Plus the rearranged game will be at a time when itís becoming do or die and Pulis will have to go for the win rather than settle for a point."

Like when he brought a left-back on with 10 minutes left in the play-off semi? Wouldn't count on it.
