Fake trainers

Morning folks,
Does anyone have any experience buying Chinese replica trainers e.g. Yeezys? I've had a look at some info on reddit but wondered if there was anyone knowledgeable here?

Got some Yeezy's for my son, no way was I paying for the originals for a 9 year old. They took about a week to come from China, they are spot on, really good quality.

Got them off Ebay.

Hi TeesvilleMonsoon I agree, I own a few pair of real NMD's already, i also like the Pharrell Williams NMDs but again there is no way I am paying ful price for them so replicas may also be a good idea?

For me the normal Ultra Boosts are some of the best looking trainers on the market. Yeezys look terrible.

NMD? Yeezy? I'd sooner have a pair of Dunlop Dodgems.
Or Tesco Tearaways [:D]

This subject always baffles me.

You know the origionals are made in a swrat shop in vietnam or somewhere for about 50p.

The replicas probably come out of the back door of the same factory half the time to a different market than to uk or us shops

Look on DH Gate. Ive had Ultra Boosts and Gazelles and all very good quality.
My Gazelles (2 pairs ) are top notch. The Ultras are super lightweight and although not the same Quality as originals, are perfect for holidays etc.
Never go for the cheapest as they will be very poor.

Hi sammysmiths, do I need a middleman to send me the good from there or do they ship direct?

Cheap NMDs on aliexpress/taobao are spot on for gym and general. Arnt perfect but not far orr

Fakes do not come out the back door of the same factory just like own brand donít come off the same production line and go in different packaging (although in very rare cases this does happen, but itís exception not the rule). Even when a supplier makes products for an own brand, itís usually same process but different recipe and cheaper ingredients.

I donít mind some fake stuff, Iíve got a lot of nfl jerseys that were $20 instead of £100, but compared to the real thing the quality is definitely off.

Would never touch fake fragrances, and never understand why anyone would... and I suppose fashion trainers probably harmless but wouldnít touch anything Iíd be running in or doing any other sport in.

If you can be bothered driving to Cheatham Hill in Manchester you can find all the things you mnetioned and much more readily available and you can see the quality etc for yourself.
I've seen some side by side comparisons of some Nike Air and the difference was minimal-not noticeable by the untrained eye in everyday circumstances.

Cant copmment on longevity but proce wise you could get five pairs for one pair of originals.

Wirral - £27 quid with P&P. They aren't my type of trainer, but my son loves them and can't tell the difference.

HezBurra - My favourite shopping street is the one with Strangeways on it, if I'm ever going past for work I call in. I've got a canada goose coat from there and got the Mrs some Uggs for Xmas. Had a few watched too but they don't seem to last

Its always great fun when your inside and the shutters come down when the police are about!

Havent seen too many good trainers though that's why I'm looking online instead

With DHGate, you need to register and set up with their payment scheme. Its all very safe and secure. Just ensure you choose the free shipping dealers, and ensure they will ship single items as some are bulk buy dealers only. Lots of other good clothes on there too. Search for "big horse" or polo items, crocodile, Tommy, Exchange items for instance. Be prepared to wait up to 8 weeks for some items. But, ive also had items arrive in 9 days. I one ordered a pair of Adidas Superstars for my daughter. They didn't arrive so the seller re-shipped, refunded, and then 2 pairs turned up on the same day.

We never had this problem as kids when the only place you could get your Basey's (Baseball boots) from was Smollen's in South Bank.
