I have helped organise some one to one workshops with the help of Boro and Ageing Better to help get more people registered and give them confidence to go online in general.
Watch out for a big launch.

Please everyone do have a read - this was the biggest number of individuals feeding back to the club in years. As well as filling out a multiple choice type response sheet people also left a lot of comments.
The club shows here how they have responded to much of this feedback - big responses in the concourses for instance.

When I attempted to do the survey about a month ago I got a message saying no longer available. Now I acknowledge they couldn't keep it available forever but there was no indication when the cut off time was!

Is it just me, or is this really weird to read?

Something about the tone and format just doesn't feel right, like, not very fan focused. Anyway I'm knit picking they must be applauded for making an effort.

11 - 15 are for external partners so you want to avoid them at all costs.

1 - 10 are everything Boro related. I have ticked all of them and get a weekly round up email, the odd email on beambacks or the White shirt offer and the surveys, very little else from them so you definitely don't get bombarded with spam.

You dont have to chose to have email and post/sms/phone options, you can untick the latter 3 and just get emails

I'm sorry but they can't attempt to justify, that majority of the time the length of the queues is just down to poor organising. If they've highlighted that 60% of the attendance arrives within 30 minutes of kick off then have them pre-poured before a game as well?

I'm sure I can speak for the majority of those who enjoy a few beers on a matchday when I say I'd prefer to stay in a pub, with a proper pint glass and quaffable ale, than drink inside the stadium, even if the John Smiths is half-decent.

Is it the correct email? The email you registered with for the mfc site last season?
I ask this section because I know several people that have been looking on an email they used with the club previously.
Also make sure the emails are not in spam.
There was a weekly newsletter sent late this afternoon.

If they stopped the free drink there would be smaller q's. Reduce the price of the season tickets for every body to compensate. I resent qing for 15 minutes or more. Sometimes I can be bothered and then I feel like I have been done out of a few quid.


Hopefully with the Dock Bridge opening again it will be less congested around the Stadium.

Iím registered and not got an email to participate. I donít even get the weekly email they allegedly send. I only knew after reading the results earlier today.

Is there a problem with the club email? Maybe I could raise it up on the next survey. Oh wait....
