Only had a quick scan through & not impressed. Im a Weller obsessive but I think his desire to be ever changing is to the detriment of the quality. He's not released a great album since Heavy Soul. All the recent ones have had great tracks but don't stand up as great albums.

Its soulful and searching - it grows on you, but its not a landmark album. You`re right there[^]

I'm listening to it again properly. It's incredibly dull and I cant imagine listening to it ever again. And that's a Weller fan speaking!

More of a late night coffee an bikkis album. Personally I prefer Stanley Road and stuff from that era - his earlier albums. He reels them out about every 14 months. Just got used to listening to A Kind Revolution....[8)]

Its rubbish if we're honest. Anyone else but Weller putting that out would be rightly slaughtered.
