What an absolute shambles. They have been taunting Tories for months about internal divisions and hey guess what they are as divided as the Tories, sorry actually more divided. Hahahaha

Well theres all the blarites who havent done the honourable thing and XXXXXXed off to the lib dems arent there.
Personally i couldnt give a sh!t how divided they may be as the voters have seen to it that the right man is in charge, and his policies are sound.

Pathetic opposition with a pathetic leader. The incompetence of the Labour party infuriates me.

I dont understand the OAP’s point. I’m sure I’m not the only one who pre-referendum warned against undermining our parliamentary democracy with referenda and causing a crisis of hegemony right across the board.
We know that Europe is toxic to the Tories but it has also messed up our local political party too.
(For my younger readers you call it a crisis of Elites)

Labour have a minor division in policy on Europe (EAA Vs EAA light) as opposed to the major division in the Tories (out versus in - even out has two extremes)

Brexit is the problem in that there is no consensus for any future out if it.

If you wanted to put some spin on it, you could even argue it shows Labour MPs as having far more of a conscience. 6 MPs resigning versus 1 for the Tories, and when you think how many Tory 'rebels' decided to toe the line during the votes on the promise of a concession that now seems like a lie that really underlines the difference in morals between the parties.

Lots of labour voters this week on here discussing how depressing it was that Tories blindly follow their leader and ignore their own views.

At least labour members are prepared to vote as they see fit.

...and ignore the wishes of those they represent in many cases.

How very noble of them.

Good interview on R4 this morning. Is ignoring their wishes more important than their representing their interests? I don't think it is and they'll see that in the not too distant future, if they don't see it already.

Good to see Rhys-Mogg's company warning about the risk of leaving the EU as it sets up a fund in Ireland.

I have seen what you think on far too many threads on here.

Utterly predictable you should answer in such a way.

"At least labour members are prepared to vote as they see fit."

I think that's because the 3 line whip has just been removed. [:D]
