Can't wait for the next floor of chances trying to sell a tenner for 50 because of 'rare' serial numbers

Raised spots on the note for blind people.

The Dutch had that on every note when they used Guilders. We are decades behind.

The Bank of England has announced that a 100 note will be available later this year.
If it's successful they will make another one.

What makes you think that?

The chief cashier was interviewed on BBC Tees earlier and she was saying that they hold back a lot of the serial numbers that they expect to be wanted and auction them off at a later date, eg Jane Austin's DOB would be much desired.
The queen always gets the first note of any new batch, and other people of note then get the next few.

Well the Dutch had braille patterns on their notes in the 70's and we've just got them.
