These are exceptional times and although there will be no fans allowed at the start of next campaign we hope you will help us to continue our mission with the fanzine Fly Me To The Moon for season 2020-2021. And despite increases in postage we aim to freeze prices again – 10 (monthly) issues for £24.

I have put the monthly in brackets because as last season proved we can never be certain under these uncertain pandemic parameters just when next campaign will end. But as we showed in July we can turn around the publications and retain the quality. There is plenty to say these days.

As we will no longer be able to sell fanzines face to face all sales are through post and by email, certainly until the pandemic is sent packing. Therefore your support through subscriptions are now absolutely vital to continuing the fanzine production.

Now in our 32nd year we have the highest number of issues of any current fanzine anywhere in the country. We started back in 1988, amazingly Neil Warnock was already in management at Scarborough. So the fanzine and our manager have both out-lasted the seasiders.

With your support we intend to produce another ten issues through next season – you can click below to pay via paypal – paypal accepts credit cards as well as those that access through a paypal account. This is for the paper fanzine only sent through the postal service. The email pdf version will be launched next week. - £24 for 10 issues through paypal. UK Only.

The very first photocopied issue of Fly Me To The Moon was sold to the public for Boro v Sheffield Wednesday on the 25th November 1988. A century ago, even a different millenia and such different times. We were back in Ayresome then, the other side of the town. We lost that day 1-0... so same old, same old, typical Boro. Now, we have experienced 25 years at the Riverside, a lifetime by the River Tees.

Since becoming a monthly fanzine fmttm tries to take a more considered view, though Paddy's covers and Roofus cartoon strips remain as bang on the money as always. Some of the covers last season were the best ever.

We unashamedly bask in nostalgia because the collective act of looking back is such a big part of being a football fan but also reflect what is happening in the here and now. Can Neil Warnock turn this ship around and pitch us back towards promotion from relegation dodging?

Please click below to subscribe via paypal £24 (inlcudes paypal fees) for 10 issues.
