Young award winning Blues singer from Midlands.
Birmingham-based Rebecca and her band are a ‘must see’ live act that often leaves newcomers simply blown away by the power of the performance.

With her co-writer Steve Birkett alongside her, a very tight band behind, and Rebecca’s powerful voice to the fore, the 5-piece outfit performs original rock/blues tracks from the EP Real Life, the highly-acclaimed debut album Back To The Start, the superb second album Believe and the stunning new studio album More Sinner Than Saint, punctuated by one or two classic covers.

Rebecca was voted Best Female Vocalist and Best Emerging Artist at the British Blues Awards 2016 and was again voted Best Female Blues Vocalist of the Year in the FORM UK Blues Awards 2018.

VENUS return to The Studio in February 2020 for a one off headline show.

VENUS are a 5-piece all girl rock band from Leeds, promoting the participation and inclusion of women in alternative music, as well as a safer, diverse music scene. Aiming to bring a positive energy of feminism and activism through hard hitting alternative rock and punk influenced music, they also use electronic and 'astrological' sounds to amplify their sonic signature. Performing alongside bands such as Stealing Sheep, Allusinlove and Anteros, VENUS and their message demand to be heard from all corners of the industry.

Nel Unlit will be celebrating the release of their debut album with an all day extravaganza at the Westgarth Social Club.
“Wake for the Dreaming” is a rock-opera based on Worlds’ End from Neil Gaiman’s epic “Sandman” graphic novel series. The album features a cast of singers, each playing a role within the story, including, Tom Joshua, Our Krypton Son, Dressed Like Wolves and Before Breakfast and as a special one off treat, each of the featured artists will be playing a set of their own as well as coming together to perform as part of Nel Unlit's headline show.
