We have that new season feeling and flying in the face of relegation there is the buzz of excitement around the place. Can Boro bounce back from defeat at Wiolves and win the first home game v Sheffield United

Boro v Blades podcast

It is our 30th season at Fly Me To The Moon, possibly 18th as a message board and it most certainly is the 8th as a podcast. A programme recorded at the Southside Broadcasting Studio at James Cook University Hospital just this morning, so bang up to date discussing the start of a new era and hopefully want that sees the shortest possibly stay in what Garry Monk has termed possibly the most difficult league in the world, the Championship.

A New Season, New Players, New League and a special postal based competition are all featured in the inaugural FMTTM Boro Fan themed podcast for 2017/18 with Editor in Chief Rob Nichols, Undergraduate Richard Bellis and Alex Lewczuk.

Last time out away at Molineux Boro came from behind to win 3-1 and that indicates just what a difficult place this is to go to. I don’t have too many old gold memories of Boro playing in front of the gold (tangerine) stands. This season before a sold-out stadium both clubs bring plenty of new season optimism and expectation as well as new managers to the EFL Championship table.

Anyway, without further a-do, on with the show. Hope you enjoy it and we will be back again soon.
