It is Boro’s big chance to record a third win and bag a precious 3 points. Boro go head to head wityh Hull City at the Riverside but they are making us wait for it. Kick Off not until Monday evening. So, in the meantime, to keep you entertained over a long weekend, we at Fly Me To The Moon have recorded a podcast previewing the game.

Last week we had the trauma of our big penalty points giveaway with virtually the last kick at Leicester. A very badly misplaced kick by Marten de Roon?

Where would be now without gifting that penalty, well above Leicester for starters.

Can we spring forward again on Monday and in so doing bury Hull City deeper in the relegation mire? They will be cock-a-hoop after putting the Geordies out of the EFL Cup, as they are branding it these days. We paid the penalty and they took more of there spot kicks. Lucky for The Tigers, shhh don’t call them that, they have extra days to recover from their very late night Tuesday excesses.

Our podcast recorded this (Friday) morning at Southside Broadcasting, James Cook University Hospital looks back at the Leicester game and then forward to the big Monday meeting with Hull. Finally we hope the Saints will be marching in on our side when we take on Southampton next weekend. Thanks to sponsors Virgin Media we will only have to pay £20 for the privilege, which goes down very well, especially as it is a long way to Southampton, from mostly anywhere.

Fly Me To The Moon Boro fan podcast recorded with author Jennie Finch, anchor man Alex Lewczuk and Robert Nichols.
