I wonder which players will be involved. Living on the Fylde coast I don't know how much rain there's been in Macc so I don't know if a postponement is possible and so the club is gambling in hope of a resolution of the current problems by the time a rearranged fixture would be played.[?]

SILkMANFWD Never stopped raining from Wednesday evening till early hours of Friday. Forecast is for more rain and possible morning frost/sleet/snow over the weekend. Not sure how the pitch is holding out but BBC did announce that the groundsman was unable to get there because he had no money for petrol in his car.

Confirmation now on the OS.

Doesn't mention strikes or what sort of team will play though.

They need to confirm that the first team squad will be playing before Iíll be committing to buying a ticket. Typical that we only get half a story from the OS .

I think that only players registered to play for us in the FA Cup would be able to play - namely the first team squad.

Mike Minay, BBC Radio Manchester Sport has tweeted:
"Sources close to Macclesfield Town have told me this evening that itíll be the youth team + loan players tomorrow for the FA Cup match with Kingstonian.

The side from the seventh tier of English football are now favourites on the betting apps to win the game.

#Silkmen #FACupĒ

So that would mean that the following '1st teamers' would be available: Eddie Clarke, Owen Evans, Virgil Gomis, Connor Kirby & Corey O'Keeffe; along with the 'kids'.
