Barrow are fighting to avoid relegation and have not lost in their last three games and have been defeated only twice in their last nine matches. In 2018 they have drawn against Wrexham, Tranmere and Sutton. Of their 8 wins this season 5 have been away from home.
They will be no pushover tomorrow.

We're Macclesfield Town.... Not Wrexham, Tranmere or Sutton.

Against All Odds

They are 5th from bottom, we are at home - we need to win this.

Each game will bring its own challenges but, as lymeview says, we need to win all our home games to allow us to have a couple of “hiccoughs” in those tough away games. Squeaky bum time!

What an excellent performance today, especially in that second half. Barrow weren't that bad but we just overwhelmed them . Not tempting fate but we really looked like a team at the top of the league.

Agreed they didn’t look like a side at the bottom but tbf so haven’t the others, so tight this league is but we did grind them down and they were left chasing shadows.liked the look of their kid James and no not the bearded variety!

I agree Macc man. I also felt that we looked like a team at the top of the table this afternoon which has not been the case for much of the season. There is a consistent team selection now and the players really understand each others game and are playing as a unit. Well done JA.

We really looked a Class act and 6 wouldn't have been unkind as we had two more very solid penalty shouts as well as all the first half line clearances etc.The team look as if they know their jobs and have absolute confidence in each other. Whitty is a maestro pulling the strings for th rest of the team and always available with the other DW his foil twisting and turning away from danger.

It was a great team performance yesterday every player turned up could not fault anyone. The game changer in my opinion was when we got the 2 Danny’s on the ball we then controlled the game and the result was never in doubt
