Players live outside city so can drive direct to Everton. Palace coming to City might be different

Well if they have been training at Belvoir drive, (and that's debatable), they been in the City as well as when they played on Sunday. I can see us being banned from playing, could get really messy this. There's bound to be spikes in all the major cities over the next week or two, can see the whole thing getting binned off.
Points per game average thingy to decide it.

the clubs were given permission to resume training middle of may.
end of may contact training.
mid june was the resumption of matches.

schools partially reopened start of june.
shops weren't reopened until mid june.

based on those timelines, i imagine they'll have permission to carry on as they were.
