Attempting to crowd fund...

Never done this before.

Obviously I loan out cash now and then to customers I know, hold onto their device as collatoral to help the needy get out of a pinch short term

From the business perspective if this all goes Pete tong and get swamped with requests to borrow cash or even buy their kit.

Just trying to do my bit. I know the government should be covering this but give a thought to those say in 4 to 6 weeks who are desperate.

Might pick up the pen and write to Bozza again.

you'll need a license, the banks have it locked down.

Yeah without a licence, I think you would be classed as a "loan shark". Even if with good intentions.

Also without a licence, the "loans" could be deemed void and you lose and have to pay back any money loaned, at 8% interest p.a.

See if you tighten the hinge on the side that is damaged. If the plastics are cracked it's going to need replacement parts.
