The egg chasers won some trophy and a Road is named after the club
Despite the football club winning the title and the late owner doing a great amount for the city nothing has been done by the Council to recognise this
It is scandalous[:D]

Does seem odd, most other cities would be ramming a win like that down your throat.

My constant badgering of the club for a Brian Carey bust is still, it seems, falling on deaf ears.

The Bast*rds. King Richard the Third gets his own road and was a child killer and he hasn't won anything since 1483. No justice in this world and that's a fact.[:(][:(]

Got to agree with Hide on this one.

I'm sure that "Top" has some plans to recognise the achievement when the stadium expansion comes around.

But what are the City Council waiting for? Tigers Way didn't take long to sort out. Why not Champions Way alongside the stadium?

Yes, they were quick enough to name a park after an African terrorist leader without once asking the electorate if they were happy with it.[;)]

Can't remember anyone moaning about the two main parks in the city, being named after the wives of Peter Crouch and David Beckham?

The Tiggers got the Freedom of the City in 2001. Even Leicester Ladies Hockey Club got the honour in 2014.

It's a joke innit really...

It shows total lack of respect for the club from the Leicester City Council

perhaps SPS would be more inclined to honour them if they played in red shirts and came out to the red flag.
these blue shirts and hunting horns dont sit well with Pete and his leftie mates

Yes if only the club had been caught sodomizing rent boys after being offered to procure class A drugs and wanting the " party to get started" they would have had a clinic named after their mothers by now.[:D]
