Great info! I've bought membership for me and youngest daughter this year and have booked a hotel for the NYD match against Newcastle on the basis that it probably won't sell out to season ticket holders.

I assume general sale comes after members get the chance to buy.
Does it ?

The implication of the info from S6 is that you do not need to have a season ticket, or in lots of cases even be a Member, to get away tickets as you can wait until general sale. As a long standing Member this is not my experience. I would question the first game quoted, Manyoo away. I am not aware that Manyoo away has ever gone beyond STHs. Ironically I was able to attend the Bournemouth and Huddersfield games through the ballot, these being games when apparently tickets only went to STHs. Whilst I do not keep a diary on this point, I feel certain that there were quite a few "general sale" games on the list that did not get to Members. I try and go to grounds I have not visited before or haven't been to for a long time. Next season that would be Brighton and Norwich, but I would be very surprised if either got to Members.

Elmet I'm sure S6 excluded the 2% members ballot allocation in all cases...

Someone on Foxes Talk tracked the away tickets all season. The above info all looks about right.

Yes, it would've excluded the Members ballot ie those people will get tickets even if it sells-out.

I am not convinced. I do not believe Manyoo away has ever got beyond STHs. I am pretty sure that I wanted to go to Arsenal, Cardiff (the game after the crash) and Brighton last season but the tickets did not get beyond STHs.. Is there a more authoritative source here ?

Elmet. FYI. I went to all 3 of those matches as a member. Cardiff only went through the roof for tickets when the crash happened.

The first 1500 or so tickets for every away match go like hot cakes. That's why it's virtually impossible to get to Bournemouth, or other small allocation FA Cup away games such as Fleetwood or Newport (if you haven't got high priority).

But as we've been in the Premier League for a few years, the demand has tailed off or "stabilised" for most other fixtures. Most games sell out. It just takes a bit longer, and often goes to General Sale.

(Man Utd - Friday night on TV, deffo went down to members)
