More grist to the mill of the Puel naysayers (and I'm no fan believe me) of course but that was a game we should have never have lost. Enough clear cut chances, aside from the penalty, to have won 2-3 games and played some decent stuff too - a very well worked team goal for example.

All against a very underwhelming Spurs side who were there for the taking, especially with Kane and Alli absent. If I had a cat I'd kick one.

The best we have played for quite some time...deserved a draw in my humble opinion.

Similar to the Liverpool game. Had we taken just a couple of chances. I knew Vardy would miss the pen though. Someone with big cojones should have stepped up instead

Excellent summary KP.

Tielemans made a big difference because a) he played some lovely forward passes and b) he does enough hard graft to only have to have one DM along side him. And that meant Wilf was clear about what he had to do, without occupying a similar space to Mendy, and as a result had his best game in ages.

No, we weren't clinical enough, Barnes could/should have had a hat trick, but we had 5 starters 22 years or younger, and played some really good stuff through midfield.
