The new England manager?

I'm not sure how the FA's new changeover move would work or indeed benefit the national set-up.

Whoever is brought in would definetely get the benefit of Capello's wisdom but in the long run when the inevitable happens and Fabio is forced out, surely every member of staff connected to him would be tarred with the same brush of failure?

Indeed, would we in fact want people in this regime to be involved if they are deemed as such a 'failure'?

A fair point. I just hope the FA can be a bit more grown up about things and ignore such short term thinking. If someone comes in as a coach, then he's not going to be in any way responsible for either the success or failure of England, unless of course it's in a role as first team coach or something, which is not the case here.
