Last chance saloon.

Coventry go to Ashton Gate to take on promotions hopefuls Bristol City in what could be Coventry's last chance to join the chasing pack of play off hopefuls. A defeat would surely see the Sky Blues destined for another season in the Championship with another season of away days to clubs like Plymouth, Doncaster, Swansea and Leicester. Sitting in 14th and 9 points off the play offs a defeat would end any faint hopes Coventry have of making the play offs as games begin to run out.
One factor that could play in Coventry's favour is Bristol City are in 9th place just 2 points off the play offs and the nerves could well be getting to them. The defeat at the hands of Derby was a blow to their play off hopes and the nerves could well be jangling a little.
Bristol players and fans alike know that a win would take them into the play off places and it's up to the Sky Blues to get stuck into their opponents early on and try to unsettle them.
As the race for the play off places hots up Bristols manager Gary Johnson is all too aware of the situation and knows a defeat for the Sky Blues would end our season.

"If they (Coventry) lose at our place, they will be too far behind. It's a chance for us to knock another team out of contention and reduce the number involved in the race by another one."

With Cole Skuse and Dele Adebola both doubtful for the clash Johnson has opted to play his cards close to his chest and not announce his team until an hour before kick off.
With Dan Fox Coventry's only injury worry and David Bell back from being cup tied Chris Coleman will be looking for a late surge from his team to sneak into the play offs but that surge has to start with Bristol City.
